PERMANENT FULL – TIME POSITION

TEHOTIIENNAWAKON DEPARTMENT - ENVIRONMENT

SALARY LEVEL: MG 08 - $53,918.00 – $58,317.00

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Tehotiiennawakon Director, the incumbent is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Environment Program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree in Environmental Sciences with post graduate academic training; 5-8 years management experience including supervision, administration, staffing, program delivery, financial and human resource allocations;

Incumbent must have excellent computer skills i.e.; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); Excellent networking, research and planning skills; Must be an effective team player; Works well under pressure; Excellent decision making skills along with analytical and problem solving skills; Excellent project/time management skills; Ability to speak the Mohawk language is an asset;
