Division: Family Support Program Salary: $20,966.40 – 39,852.80 21-1093

Status: Full-time, Non-exempt Deadline: Onerahtohkó:wa/May 3, 2013

Description of Position: Assist IRA Registered Nurse with a wide variety of tasks to ensure the highest level of medical care for residents with Developmental Disabilities. Duties performed will include scheduling, transporting and follow through of all medical appointments, maintaining medical supplies, including medications, completing notes and obtaining and organizing all medical documentation, and providing direct care services. Supervise activities at Day Program facilities or in community.

Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED. Preference given to individuals with experience working within the medical field. Strong working knowledge of medical terminology. Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with a Developmental Disability. Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy.  Successful candidate must pass criminal background check. Must be eligible to travel into Canada.
