Annual Salary: Pay Band 6 - $38,210.49-$47,042.93

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Director of Justice the incumbent is responsible for providing support services and assistance in the implementation and continued development of the Justice Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in Para-legal, Criminal Justice, Law and Security or related field with three to five years work experience related to legislative development or a related field.

The incumbent must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and leadership skills. Must adhere to the strict principles of confidentiality and be able to handle moderate to heavy work load; must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal vehicle during course of employment. Speaking and understanding the Mohawk language is considered an asset.
