Division: IHS, Tsi tewatakari:tat – Let’s Get Healthy Program

Salary: $38,875.20 – 75,816.00   11-9199 Status: Full-time, Exempt

Description of Position:  Provides overall management of patient care services and program operations specific to the diabetes prevention and care services of the Let’s Get Healthy Program (Tsi tewatakari:tat).

Qualifications: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in New York State.  A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, with at least five years experience in program and budget management or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.  Certified Diabetes Educator or eligible for the exam within the first six months of employment.
