Alternatives:

Want an alternative to the potato chip then try good ole popcorn. Air popped is the best for you. More healthy than the microwave brands. You can find various brands of popcorns, in different styles including low fat, low calorie and in a size best for your food plan.

Popcorn provides fiber and everyone needs fiber in their food plan. Popcorn can be added to mac-n-cheese, casseroles, soups and even in sundaes. You can add seasonings to the popcorn to get a new, zesty, spicy, tangy or sweet taste. There is cheddar, lime, salt, black pepper, Mrs. Dash’s seasonings. Use what’s in your kitchen or go out and buy what may become a gourmet popcorn.

Enjoy your choices and what a time, with Super Bowl coming up. Get your munchies and settle down to watch a great game with your favorite chip or popcorn.
