Payment (cash, cheque, money order) can be made at the following:

Akwesasne Mohawk Court Administration, CIA # 3,

101 Tewesateni Road, Kawenoke.

Akwesasne Justice Department located in the Angus Mitchell Memorial Building, Post Office Kanatakon (St. Regis)

Court staff will be available until 5:00 pm each weekday at Akwesasne Mohawk court, CIA # 3

Should you wish to see Duty Counsel (for legal defense at no cost) please arrive at 5:30 pm

Court starts promptly at 6:00 pm

To avoid court costs of $25.00, it is advisable to pay any fine prior to the court date listed on the ticket.
