Important Notice from the Community Health Program and the Green Food Box

 


We have encountered problems at the US Port of Entry (US Customs), that have forced us to reevaluate our partnership with Cornwall. Because of this, we’ve made a change in our suppliers, so that has impacted the delivery date for this month for people who pick up at Kanatakon Rec ONLY. This month the distribution will be on Tuesday, January 17th, and the time and location remains the same; 2 -6 pm at the Kanatakon Rec.

This change doesn’t affect Cornwall Island. Cornwall Island distribution will be on January 18th from 11am - 1 pm at the Tri-District Elders. We recognize that this will cause confusion, but we are hoping that through proper communication we can alleviate some of it.

So, if you ordered with the Community Health Office in Kanatakon and have your Green Food Box delivered to the Kanatakon Rec, Your delivery date will be TUESDAY, January 17th from 2 - 6 pm at the Kanatakon Rec.

If you ordered at the Tri-District Elders Lodge, Your order will be there at the Tri-District Elders Lodge on WEDNESDAY, January 18th, from 11 am - 1 pm
