Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

Sometimes people don’t realize how much they are appreciated. I thought this would be a good time to say thank you to the Construction Workers we have in this community. Many of them were in New York City on 9-11.

Last night I was watching Piers Morgan interviewing Mayor Rudy Giuliani of New York City and the topic was September ll, 2001. The Mayor was talking about 9-ll and how this was the worse day of his life. He talked of how he thought it couldn’t get any worse, then it did. When both of the buildings were down he was in the deepest despair. He was thinking, “What do we do next,” when all of a sudden he saw all these big, strong Construction Workers standing there saying, “We’re here to volunteer”. That is still the happiest moment of his life.
