On March 14, 2008, the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Compliance Department issued a NOTICE OF VIOLATION and a NOTICE OF SUSPENSION to Jason A. Cree d/b/a “All Inn Lounge and Catering.” The license suspension was for multiple counts of non-compliance with the Tribe’s Alcohol Beverage Control Act. Mr. Cree subsequently relinquished all his tribal licenses pertaining to “All Inn Lounge and Catering.” Therefore, the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe cannot assume any liability or responsibility for any incidents or circumstances, foreseen or unforeseen, resulting from the concert scheduled for Friday June 6, 2008 or any other events.
