Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

An Akwesasne youth was arrested by Massena Village Police Monday after he allegedly used a stun gun on two other students.

Seventeen-year-old Tekarateneken Horn-David was charged with 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon at Massena High School just before 2 p.m.

The stun gun was confiscated by police and Horn-David was turned over to his parents following processing.

Police could not say where Horn-David obtained the gun.
