    Dec 2, 2010

November 29, 2010 DEAR EDITOR: “If pigs could fly!” Well, they have. I would like to offer my words of praise for the water system supplied, most recently, in the District of Tsi Snaihne. I am pleased, rather elated, to have good, usable water being piped into my house after having to purchase my drinking water for the past 20 years. No longer do I have to take my whites and brightly-coloured clothes to the laundry mat or worry that the spring runoff will bring mud into the well system and be without water for a couple of weeks. The crew ins...

  • Weight Loss and Health Secrets with Jason Christoff

    Dec 2, 2010

In the last 2 articles I have reviewed the idea that most people have great difficulty sticking to a healthy living regime because they may be unfamiliar with the simple act of loving themselves. If you interviewed a group of people on the street you would get near 100% of them answering that they do indeed love themselves. Oddly enough, the people who are the unhealthiest usually make the most emphatic declaration of loving themselves but if you look at their actions we often see something completely different. People who really love...

  • Ease Pain and Inflammation

    Dec 2, 2010

Have over-the-counter (OTC) pain medications, such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen, become your top allies in tackling chronic or recurring pain? But long-term use of OTCs doesn’t resolve the root cause of your pain. In addition to addressing underlying issues such as inflammation, a holis...
