    Submitted by Wesley Laughing By Dr. David Williams For simple bites, you can use several things. Fresh lime or lemon juice can be rubbed on the bite, as well as raw garlic. What seems to work very well, if done immediately after the bite or sting, is to soak a small cotton pack with apple cider vinegar and on top of that, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda.     The Akwesasne Outlawz improved their record to 8-2 over their last two bouts and are holding the top spot in the Three Nations Senior B Lacrosse League. The team took down the Tyendinaga Wolfpack 22-6. They sealed their victory by scoring 12 unanswered goals in the first 30 minutes of regulation. Two members of the Akwesasne contingent, Ratsienhahiens Adams (six assists) and Jarrett Jacobs (one assist), had six-goal games. Tekeri Thompson garnered four goals and four helpers, and Adam Delormier added four goals of his own and a pair of assists....

    The Snake Island Muskies raised their record to 6-1 after beating the Caughnawaga Indians at Massena Arena on Saturday, June 14. The Muskies started with a 5-2 lead after 20 minutes and held onto that momentum for the remainder of the contest. Callum Crawford was Snake Island's top scorer with five goals.     Last weekend the Akwesasne Storm girls lacrosse team suffered a tough loss against Gloucester 3-0 at Anowarako:wa arena. The visitors took an early lead and Akwesasne had a great chance to get on the board late in the game as two Griffins were in the penalty box. The local girls used the 5 on 3 advantage and calmly moved the ball around Gloucester's net like Subban and Markov, but the goalie stood tall and held them off....
