    Kanietakeron Larry Thompson pled guilty Tuesday to one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief in connection with the Aug. 11, 2011 incident where he used an excavator to dig up contaminated soil at the former General Motors Powertrain site. At the hearing he told the judge, “I have no regrets, I did what I did for right.” He was originally charged with second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and second-degree reckless endangerment.
