St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On July 6, police charged Douglas S. Huff, 42, of Hogansburg with for failure to keep right, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation (felony), misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released with a July 31 appearance ticket for Bombay Town Court.

On July 6, police charged Seth Lazore, 33, of Hogansburg with for disobeying a stop sign and third-degree AUO. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on July 31.

On July 7, police charged Jeremiah F. Brooks, 40, of Plattsburgh with speeding (allegedly 63-45 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on July 30.

On July 7, police charged Gerald C. Terrance, 59, of Massena; Jeannine L. Bazinet, 76, of Cornwall, Ontario; and Donald B. Lebreton, 69, of Cardinal, Ontario all with parking in a no-park zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on July 30.


On July 9, police charged with speeding: Joseph C. Tubman, 57, of Ottawa, Ontario (allegedly 50-35 mph zone) and Steven L. Hermann, 75, of Huntsville, Ala. (allegedly 51-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on later dates.

On July 9, police ticketed Alysa A. Perryman, 24, of Massena with failure to obey traffic control device and expired inspection. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on July 30.

On July 10, police charged Monique J. LaPlant, 36, of Malone for expired inspection. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on July 30.

On July 11, police charged Vaughn A. Phillips, 56, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for inadequate brakelight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on July 30.

On July 11, police ticketed Becky A. Duryea, 41, of North Lawrence for unsafe backing. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on July 30.

On July 11, police charged with speeding: Kimberly A. Burns, 55, of Akwesasne, Ontario (allegedly 53-35 mph zone); Jesse E. Beeson, 36, of Hogansburg (allegedly 50-35 mph zone); Truman R. Square, 19, of Hogansburg (allegedly 53-35 mph zone); and Dayna J. Green, 21, of Akwesasne, Quebec (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on later dates.

On July 12, police picked up Taylor A. John, 30, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was arraigned at the Fort Covington Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on July 17.

New York State Police:

Ross A. Cree, 26, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:15 p.m. July 14 on Center Street in Fort Covington and released with an appearance ticket.

Nathan A. Bigtree, 30, of Hogansburg was charged with petit larceny at 11:24 p.m. July 14 at the Malone Village Police Department and released with an appearance ticket.

Massena village police:

John D. Jacobs, 32, of Hogansburg was picked up on a bench warrant at 1:40 p.m. July 12.
