Salmon River Grade 4 students visited the Akwesasne Cultural Center on November 17th for a tour of exhibits including canoes, basketry and lacrosse. The NNATC Travel Troupe explained the origins of Haudenosaunee social songs and danced with students. This field trip was sponsored by the Salmon River Title VII program.
