HOW TO SELF MONITOR FOR COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

If you have been in contact with someone who is sick or even if you feel healthy, do a personal health check several times a day and watch for symptoms.

• Take temperature with a thermometer at least 2 times a day and keep a log.

• Watch for symptoms such as fever of 100.4 or higher, respiratory illness (cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath), fatigue, chills, or muscle aches.

Protect others and stay home. Do not allow visitors in your house. Wash your hands often and for 20 seconds.

If you exhibit symptoms contact the SRMT Community Outreach at (518) 358-3141 ext. 7126 or MCA Community Health at (613) 575-2341 ext. 3220.
