St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On Dec. 8, police issued speeding citations to Kenneth W. Park, 32, of Fort Covington (allegedly 58-35 mph zone); Asia Y. Arquette, 31, of Hogansburg (allegedly 52-35 mph zone); Richard N. Durham, 58, of (allegedly 55-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 7.

On Dec. 9, police charged Eileen M. Fregoe, 54, of Brasher Falls (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 7.

On Dec. 10, police charged Jake F. Dumas, 28, of Massena with operate motor vehicle causing accident. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 7.

On Dec. 10, police picked up Sunnie R. Francis, 26, of Akwesasne, N.Y. on a warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $500 bail or $1,000 bond.

On Dec. 10, police charged Jerrad J. John, 24, of Hogansburg with inadequate tail light. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 7.

On Dec. 11, police charged Patty L. Walker, 54, of Massena with trespassing. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 15.

On Dec. 11, police charged Farrah A. David, 28, of Cornwall, Ontario with inadequate headlights. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 7.

On Dec. 12, police gave speeding tickets to Denise A. Swamp, 52, of Hogansburg (allegedly 55-35 mph zone) and also cited her with suspended registration; and John S. Allen, 48, of Massena (allegedly 56-35 mph zone). Tickets for both are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 8.

Massena village police:

Dominique F. Cook, 20, of Wade Lafrance Road, Akwesasne, Quebec was charged with petit larceny at 4:48 p.m. Dec. 2 at Walmart Supercenter.

New York State Police:

Daylon J. Skidders, 19, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:02 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Massena port of entry and was released with an appearance ticket.

A 15-year-old male from Snye was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident, misdemeanor, at Salmon River Central School at 3:20 p.m. Dec. 14 and was released with an appearance ticket.

Carlton R. Thomas, 23, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:14 a.m. Dec. 16 on State Route 37 in Westville and was released with an appearance ticket.
