St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On Sept. 1, police ticketed Zachary T. Rogofsky, 25, of Lutz, Fla. for inadequate headlights and unlawful possession of marijuana. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Sept. 26.

On Sept. 1, police charged Wendy L. King-Lafrance, 52, of Hogansburg with endangering the welfare of a child. She is to appear in Bombay Town Court on Sept. 19.

On Sept. 1, police ticketed Bernard J. White, 78, of Hogansburg for endangering the welfare of a child. He is to appear in Bombay Town Court on Sept. 26.

On Sept. 1, police ticketed Richard W. Hawn, 43, of Vero Beach, Fla. for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and open container. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Sept. 19.

On Sept. 3, police ticketed Claude J. Lecompte, 72, of Bombay for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 25.


On Sept. 4, police ticketed Diane Stones, 61, of Cornwall, Ontario for speeding (allegedly 50-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 25.

On Sept. 4, police ticketed Troy T. Benedict, 42, of Hogansburg for inadequate brake light. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 25.

On Sept. 4, police ticketed Tamara A. Thomas, 35, of Hogansburg for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 25.

On Sept. 5, police ticketed Susan O. Cliffard, 68, of Massena for speeding (allegedly 54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 18.

On Sept. 5, police ticketed Kyle R. Roundpoint, 25, of Akwesasne, Ontario for failure to yield the right of way. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 2.

On Sept. 6, police picked up Sara G. Dupee, 36, of Altona on a bench warrant. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Oct. 10.

On Sept. 7, police ticketed Vanessa K. David, 45, of Hogansburg for speeding (53-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 25.

On Sept. 7, police picked up Shane M. Burnett, 28, of Malone, on a bench warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Sept. 26.

On Sept. 7, police picked up James R. Johnson, 27, of St. Regis, Quebec on a bench warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on $250 bail or $500 bond and then turned over to New York State Police for prosecution on their charges.

Massena Police:

Tylar A. Jacobs, 27, of Border Road, Hogansburg was charged with third-degree AUO, unlicensed driver and inadequate muffler at 9:16 p.m. Sept. 5 on state Route 37.

New York State Police:

Dale B. Stehlin, 52, and Mickey J. Delormier, 27, both of Hogansburg were charged with petit larceny at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 8 at 545 state Route 37 and released with appearance tickets.

A 17-year-old male from Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 8 p.m. Sept. 9 at the international bridge in Massena and was released with an appearance ticket. Troopers withheld the teen’s name.

Josephine V. Chubb, 50, of Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with driving while intoxicated at 8:28 a.m. Sept. 10 at the international bridge in Massena and was released to a third party.
