Dear Akwesasne,

The family of April & Quinn Benedict would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their prayers, monetary donations, donating prizes, wine and spirits, those who purchased meals, raffle tickets and played bingo. Special thanks to those who helped organize the event and worked in the kitchen, put meals together, took orders, delivered meals or sold tickets. Everyone worked hard and made this a very successful fundraiser. April is truly blessed to live in such a Great Community.

We would also like to thank all the brilliant Doctors, nurses and staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital for their time and effort in caring for April. As people say, it takes a community to raise a child.

The time spent caring for April has not gone unnoticed, whether it was at the hospital or at home.

April and her entire family are truly thankful for all the help given to us in her time of need.

She is now on the road to recovery. We still need all the prayers and good thoughts to be sent her way.
