THE ASSOCIATION OF SENIOR CITIZENS in Franklin County Inc. presents the Summer’s End Cool Down! Celebrate the end of summer with great food, raffles, prizes, live music, dancing and more! At the St. Regis Falls Adult Center, August 28th, 10:00am-4:00pm. Suggested donation of $2.00 for anyone over 60 and a charge of $6.75 for under 60. Sponsored by Franklin County OFA.
