Robbery: On July 26, Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Nolan L. Thompson, 22 of Hogansburg and charged him with third-degree robbery, a felony, petit larceny, a misdemeanor and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond. He was to have returned to court July 28.

Child endangerment, trespass, mischief: On July 27, Tribal Police arrested Donald R. Swamp, 52, of Hogansburg and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass, all misdemeanors. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $1,500 bail or $3,000 bond. He was to have returned to court on Aug. 4.

Disorderly conduct: On July 24, Tribal Police arrested both Jerry C. Jock, 36, of Rooseveltown; Cynthia Tarbell, 50, of Hogansburg; and Rodney D. Tarbell, 50, of Hogansburg also charging each with one count of child endangerment. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and given a return date of July 28. The Tarbells were arraigned at the Bombay Town Court and given a return date of Aug. 25.

Speeding: On July 24, Tribal Police ticketed Genna L. Ransom, 23, of Hogansburg. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Aug. 1. On July 24, Tribal Police ticketed Spencer L. Hawkins, 36 of Lawrenceville, N.J. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 17. On July 25, Tribal Police ticketed Jordan D. Francis, 31, of Hogansburg. Unlawful growing of cannabis: On July 24, Tribal Police ticketed Franklin J. Mitchell, 43, of Hogansburg. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Aug. 18.

Endangering the welfare of a child: On July 25, Tribal Police charged Adriean N. Sickless, 33, of Hogansburg. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Aug. 18.

Inadequate headlights: On July 25, Tribal Police ticketed Jean G. Frappier, 71, of Cornwall, Ontario. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 24.

No inspection: On July 27, Tribal Police ticketed Abram T. Gray, 80, of Hogansburg. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 10.

Passing on right: On July 29, Tribal Police ticketed Dawn M. Clark, 42, of Brasher Falls. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 17.

Bench Warrant: On July 30, Tribal Police arrested Alfred S. Jackson, 50, of Hogansburg for a warrant out of Franklin County. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released.

REFUSAL

Cornwall, ON – Duran Jackson, 29, of Hogansburg N.Y., was arrested on August 2nd, 2015 and charged with refusing to provide a breath sample. It is alleged in the early morning hours of August 2nd, 2015 Jackson was found to be operating a motor vehicle at the Port of Entry while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody after refusing to provide a sample of his breath, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 11th, 2015.
