Stop sign violation: On March 14, Tribal Police ticketed Kanietahawi David, 58, of Akwesasne, N.Y. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 13.

Burglary: On March 16, Tribal Police arrested Rori M. Francis-Herne, 24, of Hogansburg and charged her with second-degree burglary, felony, petit larceny, misdemeanor, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond. She was to have returned to court on March 20.

Arrest warrant: On March 16, Tribal Police arrested Angello D. Johnson, 24, of Akwesasne, N.Y. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released with a return date of April 7.

Driving while intoxicated: On March 13, Tribal Police charged Jacob A. Cook, 20, of Massena, also ticketing him for fail to keep right and operate motor vehicle by unlicensed driver. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 7. On March 22, Tribal Police charged Danielle M. Cole, 40, of Snye, Quebec. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on 04/14/2015.

Criminal mischief, menacing: On March 22, Tribal Police charged Jonathan P. Lazore, 47, of Snye, Quebec for third-degree menacing, misdemeanor, third-degree criminal mischief, felony, and disorderly conduct, violation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 24.

Aggravated unlicensed operation: On March 13, Tribal Police ticketed Christina L. Smoke, 41, of Hogansburg, also ticketing her for driving with obstructed view and operate motor vehicle by unlicensed driver. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 7. On March 16, Tribal Police ticketed Jared R. Munson, 26, of Massena. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 7. On March 19, Tribal Police ticketed Wesley A. Gordon, 35, of Hogansburg, also citing operate motor vehicle by unlicensed driver and operate motor vehicle without stop lights. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 14.
