Description of Position: To provide administrative support to the Records Manager/Database Administrator in maintaining and delivering the records management program to all Tribal departments and employees. Will ensure efficient and effective support for all records management activities and contribute to the ongoing development and implementation to improve systems and processes. Will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all documents and records management systems in a manner consistent with administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with at least two years prior experience working in an office environment. Subject to Fleet and Background Policies.

ELIGIBILITY LIST: A list of qualified candidates is created from interviews that may be used to appoint individuals to similar positions within the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe for a period of six months.
