The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is announcing to its membership that a two-bedroom cottage on St. Francis Island is for sale.  This cottage is dilapidated and not repairable. The buyer will be responsible for tearing down the cottage to rebuild.

This is a leased lot that has a current annual rent of $2,290.00**. Buyers will be required to enter into a fifteen-year lease and will be required to complete an application to lease and obtain approval to lease prior to the purchase.

Asking price for cottage is $1.00.
