First Nations individual who is willing to share their story:

We are looking for a community member (parent, grandparent, caretaker) that would like to share their story of not having their child/ grandchild vaccinated and in hindsight wish that they had. It would be a 5-minute testimonial to let viewers know the consequences of having a child who does not receive their vaccines on time.

By filming this testimonial and providing a true story, the message will be sent out on the importance of Immunization at an early age to other First Nations peoples.

Health Canada does have an honorarium for the person interested in sharing their story.
