Annual Salary:  RN-02 - $67,987.99 - $83,615.27

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Director, Department of Health, the incumbent is responsible for managing the human, financial, physical and information assets of the Wholistic Health & Wellness Program – Tekanikonrahwa:kon (WHW) within Agreements and Policies of Council.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Baccalaureate Degree (BsN) in Nursing from a recognized University. Must be registered and a member in good standing with the College of Nurses in Ontario and Ordre des infirmieres et infirmiers du Quebec (College of Nurses in Quebec) or eligible to register for a permit;

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in nurse management including supervision; must have experience in the field of Health programs, administration, staffing, program delivery, financial and human resource allocation. Experience in developing policies and procedures.  

Must possess a valid Drivers License and be willing to use personal vehicle during the course of employment. Must have current certification in First Aid and CPR.
