Description of Position:  A certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor or a counselor-in-training, who will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team.  The counselor is responsible for providing individual and group psychotherapy, case management services, facilitation of educational lectures and work on the weekends and evening hours.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the chemical dependency field.  Certified Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselor or Certified Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselor in Training certification preferred if not certified must obtain credentials in a 3 year period. Minimum of 3 years of sobriety for a recovering person.  Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license and must have had license at least three (3) years.
