Malone-Alice Hyde Medical Center (AHMC) is hosting a Health Fair at the Franklin County Fairgrounds on September 13th from 10a.m. to 2p.m.

The Health Fair will offer a wide variety of valuable health information, education, displays, demonstrations, and free health screenings. The AHMC Auxiliary will accept unused and/or outdated over-the-counter and prescription medications for disposal. However, hypodermic needles or chemo medications will not be accepted.

The Health Fair will also feature many give-a-ways and entertainment, including a Nintendo Wii Sports package, an iPod Shuffle, two children’s bikes, a stationary exercise bike, an elliptical machine, and other various exercise equipment for adults and children.

Wild Country 96.5 will be on hand for a live broadcast and tethered Hot Air balloon rides will be offered, weather permitting. In addition, children can enjoy a Bounce Castle and Slide, clowns, and face-painting. A food concession will be available.
