ACCREDITATION HEALTH MANAGER

FULL-TIME 2 YR. TERM POSITION (May 2022-July 2024) WHOLISITIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

 


Salary Level: SP03, ST2- $61,757.97

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Health the Accreditation Health Manager, oversees the planning, development and implementation for the Accreditation process. Ensures that all programs meet or exceed the national standards of excellence as funding sources are now mandating accreditation certification within program services. Represents the Department of Health Administration; and works with the Director and Assistant Director to ensure the organization performs against the national standards of excellence and identifies opportunities to achieve improved performance. This Position contributes towards development, maintenance, and evaluation of the ten-year Community Health Plan/Health Transfer Agreement; collects and retains records for annual update of the Community Health Plan; maintains and updates a framework for the Annual Report to Akwesasronon; analyzes data received from all sources; leads specific organizational projects as they arise; ensures timely receipt of aggregate report.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-Secondary Graduate in the field of Business Administration or related field.

Minimum four (4) years management experience with proven skill in CCHSA evaluations, planning, reporting and evaluation.

Must provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.

Must have a current enhanced security clearance (criminal reference check).
