David O. Damon, 36, of St. Regis Falls.
On February 18, 2022, State Police arrested David O. Damon, 36, of St. Regis Falls, on a Franklin County Court arrest warrant charging him with predatory sexual assault of a child, a class A felony, Rape 1st degree, a class B felony, and criminal sexual act 1st degree, a class B felony. An investigation determined that Damon had sexual contact with a minor under the age of 13.
Damon has been arraigned and is being held at the Franklin County Jail.
