The SUNY Canton Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and The Hoffman Eells Group CPAs are teaming-up to help small business owners understand how to choose the right legal entity for their specific situation.
Join Doug Hoffman CPA/MBA in the virtual event called “A Small Business Owner’s Guide to Legal Entities” as he reviews the legal and tax differences between Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, LLC, S-Corp, and C-Corp’s focusing on the tax perspective. Doug will also discuss the tax implications of changing your business’s legal entity.
