St. Lawrence County COVID-19 Update

 


The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department will be administering COVID-19 vaccinations on Friday, March 19th from 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM at the Leithead Fieldhouse, 100 Park St, Canton, NY 13617, for individuals in the following eligible groups:

1. Priority Group 1b Essential Workers – Expanded eligibility now includes public-facing government and public employees, not-for-profit workers who provide public-facing services to New Yorkers in need, and essential in-person public-facing building service workers, as of March 17.

2. Individuals with Underlying Health Conditions

3. Age 60+

For Wednesday, March 17th:

8 (eight) new cases of COVID-19 were reported today, bringing the total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases to-date to 6,496 (six thousand four hundred ninety-six).

6,287 (six thousand two hundred eighty-seven) cases have been released from isolation.

6 (six) cases are hospitalized.

92 (ninety-two) deaths have occurred; this fatality data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on 3/16/21 before 2pm.

242,131 COVID-19 tests have been performed as of March 15th this testing data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on 3/16/21 before 2pm.

For Tuesday, March 16th:

17 (seventeen) new cases of COVID-19 were reported today, bringing the total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases to-date to 6,488 (six thousand four hundred eighty-eight).

6,286 (six thousand two hundred eighty-six) cases have been released from isolation.

6 (six) cases are hospitalized.

7 (seven) new cases of COVID-19 were reported today, bringing the total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases to-date to 6,471 (six thousand four hundred seventy-one).
