The Temporary Office Clerk will work in the Fiscal Department under supervision of the Fiscal Officer. Incumbent will operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Process bills paid by stamping invoices paid, reconciling purchase orders and filing documents. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology. Assist with the Payroll process and bank reconciliation process. Prior experience in Accounting with concentration on fund accounting software QuickBooks preferred.
