AMPS POLICE BLOTTER (SEPTEMBER 24, 2020)

• A 37-year-old male from Akwesasne was arrested on July 27th, 2020 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged in 2013 the male did commit sexual assault on a female. The male was placed in custody and held for a bail hearing. The identity of the male was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

• Tyler J. White, 26, of Akwesasne was arrested on July 26th, 2020 and charged with Failure to Comply with Conditions. It is alleged on July 26th, 2020, police received a complaint of a highly intoxicated male lying on the roadway in Kana:takon (St. Regis). Police attended the scene and placed the male in custody for a violation of a release conditions. The male was released to appear in court at a later date.

• Spencer McDonald, 32, of Akwesasne was arrested on July 25th, 2020 and charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle, and Over 80, following a vehicle stop in Tsi Snaihne (Snye), QC. It is alleged on July 25th, 2020, police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation; upon further investigation it was revealed that the driver was impaired by alcohol. The female was taken into custody and released to appear in court at a later date.


• Abraham W. King, 30, of Akwesasne was arrested on July 25th, 2020 and charged with Uttering Threats. It is alleged on July 16th, 2020 police received information that the male had attended a location and uttered threats to another person. The male was taken into custody and released on conditions to appear in court at a later date.


• Kahawis Lazore, 18, of Akwesasne was arrested on July 24th, 2020 and charged with assault. It is alleged that on July 23rd, 2020 police received information of an assault that took place at a private residence in Tsi Snaihne (Snye), QC. The female was arrested and released on conditions to appear in court at a later date.

• Louis S. Oakes, 50, of Akwesasne was arrested on July 22nd, 2020 and charged with Uttering Threats. It is alleged on July 17th, 2020, the male approached a female and uttered a threat. The male was later taken into custody and released on conditions to appear in court at a later date.

• Krystal Mylow, 33, of Kahnawake, QC was arrested July 4th, 2020 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged in February 2020 the female failed to attend court. The female was taken into custody and released to appear in court at a later date.

SAINT REGIS MOHAWK TRIBE POLICE BLOTTER – September 24, 2020

• On 09-19-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Keaton H. Thomas-Lazore for uninspected motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on 10-06-2020.

• On 09-19-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Aaron V. Adams, 29, of Hogansburg, NY for resisting arrest-class A misdemeanor and endangering the welfare of a child- class a misdemeanor. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on 10-06-2020.

• On 09-19-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Aaron V. Adams, 29, of Hogansburg, NY for harassment 2nd degree. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on 10-20-2020.

• On 09-23-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Tisha A. Thompson, 48, of Hogansburg, NY for speed in zone 49-35 mph zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 10-08-2020.

• On 09-23-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Van J. Martin, 71, of Hogansburg, NY for speed in zone 51-35 mph zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 10-08-2020.

• On 09-23-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Melly A. Glass, 64, of Massena, NY for speed in zone 50-35 mph zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 10-08-2020.

• On 09-23-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Edward T. Browne, 51, of Geneva, NY for speed in zone 53-35 mph zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 10-08-2020.

• On 09-23-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Randy A. Bassett, 53, of North Bangor, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance- class A misdemeanor x2, controlled substance in non-original container and fail to stop at stop sign. Tickets returnable to Bombay Town Court on 10-13-2020.

• On 09-24-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Brian N. Gray, 38, of Massena, NY for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree-misdemeanor, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates and no insurance. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on 10-27-2020.
