A petition to be named Executor in the Estate of Richard B. Swamp late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Raymond Carl Swamp in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Richard B. Swamp’s will or the appointment of Raymond Carl Swamp as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by September 11, 2020. (30 days from first date it appears in the paper.) Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors to the Estate of Richard B. Swamp who may have an interest in said estate to present their interest.
