Emergency Food Distribution- Akwesasne: multiple organizations and businesses joined forces to provide food to those in need; while many hardworking Akwesasronon made sure food distribution was a success. "Since March 16th, then need to assist our vulnerable community was identified and employees from different programs came together to provide food boxes for AMBE families, elders, and community boxes for pickup in all three districts. The food distribution crew packaged and delivered over 900 boxes per week. A special thanks to Burnabrae Farms for their donation of eggs, CKON, Native Trading Associates, Tarbell Management Group, Thompson Land Works, United Way, Various Akwesasne businesses and community who donated PPE to staff.
