Leo Lawrence Delormier peacefully passed away at home on Tuesday, March 16, 2020 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of the late Lillian (Sharrow). Loving father of Wayne-Dooley (Mary), Kelly David (Anthony) and the late James (Christine Francis). Cherished grandfather of James (Kayla), Kaylan (Curtis), Shawnna, Toni, Leo, Hannah, Chelsea and Jordan. Great-grandfather of Silver, Xander, James Jr., Isyse, Kieran, Lawrence, Lilli and Emberlee. Loving brother of Amos (Gail), Donald (Tamara), Charlie, Josephine Gabriel (Donald), Rosemarie White (Dave), Laura Morris (Lewis), Darlene and Sonia Delormier. Predeceased by his parents, Angus Delormier and Monica (Thompson) Delormier, four brothers, Peter, Joe, Antoine and Frank and by one sister Linda. He was the chosen son of Charlotte Delormier. Leo enjoyed spending time at the river, with family and watching hockey, more specifically the Ottawa Senators. Resting at his home, 26 James Lane, Akwesasne, starting Thursday, March 19 from 2 pm until Friday, March 20 at 2 pm. Cremation to follow.
