The Akwesasne representatives in the Upper Canada Minor hockey league split the night on the Island.

The Wolves Bantam club got goals from Ienni Thompson (2), Trysen Sunday and Carter King as they nipped the South Stormont Selects 4-3 on Tuesday, February 4.

Sunday also added two assists and Drey Thompson, Carter Jackson, Ryder Sunday and Waksi Rice chipped in with assists.

The Wolves ended the first period 3-1, were scoreless in the middle period while the Selects scored once, and each team scored one each in the final period. Evan Waldroff scored all three goals for the visitors.

The Wolves Midgets took to the ice following and were trounced by the Charlan Rebels 10-3. Stone Chubb (2) and Treyton Sunday netted those three.

Tehokiowathe Swamp, Kyden Burns, Kyler Johnson and Eric Sunday assisted.

Bentley Gray and Ryan Oakes shared the load in goal for Akwesasne.
