Indian Time - A Voice from the Eastern Door

We would like to give our thanks and acknowledgment to the Akwesasne Mohawk Police, the Seaway Valley Ambulance attendants and CCH staff for their efforts.

We give many thanks to those people who assisted with organizing the speakers, the cooks at the wake and the funeral. To the Tsi Snaihne Homemakers and Tsi Snaihne Recreation for the use of their centers and to the volunteers who cooked the delicious funeral meal.

Thank you to Laurie Gardner who donated the beautiful calling cards and to Kahontineh Swamp who stood by our side with guidance and support.

A special thanks to the Pallbearers for being there for their friend “Boat”, to the men and women who sat by the fire for the 10 days, to our families, to our friends, our co-workers and our community for their generous donations of food, wood, monetary donations and expressions of sincere condolences and hugs to the family of our son, our father, our brother, our uncle and our friend.
