St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On Sept. 6, Jan Herne, 60, of Hogansburg was charged with inadequate headlights. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 23.

On Sept. 8, Laurie B. Boots-Maddox, 44, of Hogansburg was charged with uninspected motor vehicle. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Sept. 23.

On Sept. 8, Hunsi A. Jallad, 27, of Stittsville, Ontario was charged with speeding (57-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 7.

On Sept. 9, Yee W. Hui, 71, of Montreal, Quebec was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Oct. 1.

On Sept. 10, Seanna G. Jacobs, 18, of Akwesasne was charged with obstructed view. Ticket is returnable Tribal Court on Oct. 14.

On Sept. 10, Asia Y. Arquette, 32, of Akwesasne was charged with tinted windows and expired registration. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 1.


On Sept. 10, Sarah Boyer, 30, of Kahnawake, Quebec was charged with failure to use designated lane. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Oct. 1.

New York State Police:

Troopers say a 7-year-old from Bombay was charged with making a terroristic threat, a class D felony, at Salmon River Central School on Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. He was released with an appearance ticket.
