Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police Blotter:

On Dec. 14, police charged Frederick D. Heiserman, 35, of Brushton with fourth-degree grand larceny, felony, second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, speed not reasonable and prudent, fail to keep right, trespassing and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released to probation and was to have returned on Dec. 18.

On Dec. 16, police charged Dalton J. White, 21, of Hogansburg with first-degree burglary and second-degree assault, both felonies. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond and was to have returned to court on Dec. 18.

Police say they charged the following people with speeding on the following dates and released them with appearance tickets for Tribal Court: Jacob W. Arquette-Laffin, 21, of Hogansburg, Dec. 14; Brandon S. Cook, 35, of Bombay, Dec. 15; Baylie M. Trumble, 18, of Massena, Dec. 16; Connie L. Whitman, 61, of Malone, Dec. 16; Montana A. Adams, 21, of Hogansburg, Dec. 18; Alan M. Tessier, 72, of North Lawrence, Dec. 20; Kenneth J. Cree, 42, of Akwesasne, N.Y., Dec. 20; Tate Thompson, 19, of Akwesasne, Quebec, Dec. 20.

Police say on the following dates, they cited the following people with various traffic counts: Dec. 16, Ashley M. Black, 32, of Rooseveltown, disobeying a stop sign; Dec. 16, Michael J. Cook, 61, of Hogansburg, unregistered motor vehicle; Dec. 16, Joseph A. Labelle, 23, of Massena, operating a motor vehicle causing an accident; Dec. 19, Edward L. Herne, 63, of Hogansburg, inadequate headlight, unlicensed operation and second-degree AUO; Dec. 19, Antolin Juarez, 38, of Alexandria, Ontario, inadequate headlight; Dec. 20, Margaret Peters, 55, of Akwesasne, Ontario, failing to stop for a school bus; Dec. 22, Nicolea L. Rufa, 20, of Massena, inadequate tail light; Dec. 27, Joshua S. Miller, 19, of Massena, inadequate brakelight; Dec. 27, Ryan J. Labaff, 22, of Massena, speeding, second-degree AUO and unlicensed operator.

On Dec. 21, police picked up Jason A. Pastomerlo, 36, of Massena on a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond with orders to return to court on Jan. 22.

Dec. 22, police picked up Brian A. Jacobs, 31, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond with orders to return to court on Jan. 15.

On Dec. 28, police charged Skylar A. Cree, 20, of Brasher Falls with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 28.

On Dec. 29, police charged Kanatineshon Richmond, 32, of Hogansburg with disobeying a stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 14.

On Dec. 29, police charged Rachel L. King, 39, of Hogansburg with failure to properly display license plate. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 28.

On Dec. 29, police charged Jarvis J. Jock, 30, of Hogansburg with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 28.

On Dec. 29, police charged Darlene M. Adams, 53, of Hogansburg with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 28.

On Dec. 29, police charged Adam M. Ortiz, 32, of Rooseveltown with trespassing. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 15.

On Dec. 29, police charged Kyla M. Gray, 34, of Hogansburg with speeding (allegedly 50-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 14.

On Dec. 30, police charged Chelsea S. Wright, 22, of Potsdam, with operating a motor vehicle causing an accident and operating a motor vehicle out of class. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 14.

On Dec. 30, police charged Kyrie K. Square, 2,0 of Hogansburg with speeding (allegedly 49-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 14.

On Dec. 31, police charged Leroy J. Rousseau, 56, of Owls Head with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 29. In a separate citation, Rousseau was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, felony, and is to answer that charge in Bombay court on Jan. 22.

On Jan. 1, police charged Deana A. Mitchell, 53, of Akwesasne, Ontario with failure to signal. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 21.

On Jan. 2, police charged Colin D. Simpson, 26, of Lunenburg, Ontario with speeding (allegedly 48-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 28.

On Jan. 2, police charged William T. Oakes, 73, of Akwesasne, Ontario with speeding (allegedly 55-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 28.

On Jan. 2, police charged Christelle A. Kot, 62, of Massena with failure to keep right of way. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 28.

On Jan. 3, police charged Daniel A. Foster, 30, of Brasher Falls with six counts of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released to return on a later date.

On Jan. 3, police arrested Lisa M. Gray, 55, of Hogansburg, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell class-b felony and an active arrest warrant. Ms. Gray was arraigned at the Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail with a return date of Jan. 8, 2019.

New York State Police:

Raine J. Tatlock, 20, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4 p.m. Dec. 23 on state Route 37 in Malone and was released with an appearance ticket.

Austin M. Ault, 22, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and no seatbelt on a front-seat passenger age 16 or older at 11:53 p.m. Dec. 20 on State Route 37 in Fort Covington and released him with an appearance ticket.
