A petition to be named Executor in the Estate of Catherine Herne, late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Thomas V. Herne in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Catherine’s will or the appointment of Thomas V. Herne as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by December 30th, 2018. Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors to the Estate of Catherine Herne who may have interest in said estate to present their interest.
