REQUIREMENTS:
Individuals purchasing this cottage must enter into a 15 year lease with Indian and Northern Affairs Canada. This is a seasonal lease with an occupation period from April 1st – October 31st in each year. There will be rent reviews conducted every three years. Current rental is $2,280.00 per year for the first three year period of the lease. Rent is due upon signing of lease.
Buyers will be required to complete an application to lease and obtain approval to lease prior to purchase.
Asking price is $1.00.
