Twinleaf made sure everyone got in one last hoorah before the school year began. Both locations, Twinleaf East and Twinleaf West, hosted a Back to School Block Party. The event took place on Monday, September 3rd from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sweet Treats, from both establishments, were host to the fun event. A bounce house, provided by B &D Entertainment, was set up at each location. Children were able to enjoy themselves and work up a sweat before sitting down to a $1 ice cream sold at Sweet Treats. Teachers were given a free ice cream, all they had to do was present their work badge.

Everyone who came out and purchased an ice cream was given a free ballot for a bicycle draw. The draw took place at 8 p.m. the same day. There were two bikes drawn, one for each location. As the summer came to a close and everyone was preparing to go back to school, Twinleaf made sure everyone could come out and enjoy their last day of summer vacation.
