St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter

On July 13, police charged Rahsontanohstha Delormier, 23, of Akwesasne, N.Y. following a police chase at speeds of nearly 100 mph. He was charged with unlawful fleeing of a police officer, reckless driving, failure to use designated lane, fail to disobey traffic control device and three speeding citations, allegedly 75 mph in a 35 mph zone, 80 mph in a 45 mph zone and 98 mph in a 55 mph zone. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on July 24.

On July 14, police charged Adam M. Ortiz, 32, of Rooseveltown with trespassing, inadequate tail light and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Aug. 14.

On July 14, police ticketed Phillip G. Moore, 37, of Cornwall, Ontario for speeding (allegedly 51-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 6.


On July 15, police charged Misty D. Lewis, 37, of Fort Covington with obstructed view, unlicensed driver and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Aug. 14.

On July 16, police charged with speeding Justin M. Hoskins, 36, of Queensbury (allegedly 52-35 mph zone) and Tristan D. Cook-Hasty, 18, of Hogansburg (allegedly 51-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 6.

On July 17, police charged Stacey P. Square, 42, of Hogansburg with inadequate brakelights. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 6.

On July 17, police ticketed William J. Corrow, 30, of Vermontville, N.Y. with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 6.

On July 18, police charged with speeding Sterling A. Back, 27, of Hogansburg (allegedly 52-35 mph zone); Sara L. Diabo, 45, of Akwesasne, NY (allegedly 52-35 mph zone); Keshia D. Thompson, 30, of Akwesasne, N.Y. (allegedly 51-35 mph zone); and Carrie F. Lazore, 31, of Akwesasne, Ontario (allegedly 52-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on later dates.

On July 18, police picked up Nathan A.J. Bigtree, 30, of Akwesasne, N.Y. on a warrant issued by Potsdam Village Police. He was turned over to Potsdam police.

On July 19, police charged with speeding Robert K. Law, 30, of Richville (allegedly 50-35 mph zone) and Julie E. Ladue, 26, of Hogansburg allegedly (51-35 mph zone). Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on later dates.

On July 19, police charged Kenneth B.J. Cree, 27, of Hogansburg with speeding (allegedly 64-35 mph zone) and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Aug. 14.

On July 19, police charged Ienonhkwatsheriiostha, 21, of Akwesasne, Ontario for disobeying a stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 13.

New York State Police:

Ryanne M. Duciaume, 25, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:40 p.m. July 18 at the Massena port of entry and was released with an appearance ticket.

A 14-year-old male from Tsi Snaihne was charged with first-degree falsely reporting an incident: school grounds, a felony, at 1:42 p.m. July 17 at the Malone state police station. The charge stems from an aggravated harassment complaint filed at 12:15 p.m. the previous day in Fort Covington, troopers reported. He was released with an appearance ticket, police said, who withheld the teen’s name.
