ACCREDITATION HEALTH MANAGER

PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SALARY LEVEL: SP03 6 $57,046.42-$59,328.28

 


SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Director, the incumbent provides leadership and resources to promote behavior and decision-making aligned with the mission, vision and values of the organization. The incumbent is responsible for Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance of Council’s health services through achieving and maintaining certification by Accreditation Canada (AC). Other duties may be assigned by the Director, based on annual goals and strategic planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-Secondary Graduate in the field of Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum four (4) years management experience with proven skill in CCHSA evaluations, planning, reporting and evaluation.
