St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, March 9-15:

On March 9, police charged Angus L. Leborgne, 30, of Irving with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 2.

On March 10, police charged Hollie S. Villano, 34, of Massena with obstructed license plate. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 27.

On March 10, police charged Julie M. Delorme, 40, of Cornwall, Ontario with fail to stop at stop sign and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 27.

On March 11, police charged Loretta L. Lynch, 51, of Jay with trespass. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 10.

On March 11, police charged Blade M. Oakes, 18, of Akwesasne, Ontario with speeding (allegedly 65-35 mph zone) and unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 27.

On March 11, police charged Jamie L. Lyon, 45, of Brasher Falls with inadequate headlight and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on March 27.

On March 11, police charged Christopher E. McCollum, 27, of Canton with fail to keep right. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 9.

On March 12, police ticketed Joseph J. Duval, 36, of Moira with inadequate tail light and third-degree AUO. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 3.

On March 12, police charged Blane A. Benedict, 25, of Hogansburg with unsafe backing and third-degree AUO. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 3.

On March 12, police charged Dylan J.M. Adams, 24, of Akwesasne, Ontario with fail to use designated lane and third-degree AUO. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 3.

On March 13, police picked up Tyler A. Jacobs, 28, of Massena on a bench warrant and also charged him with resisting arrest. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on April 10.

On March 15, police ticketed Nicholas L. Parker, 36, of Long Sault, Ontario for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on April 16.

New York State Police:

Haley K. Cree, 28, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and illegal signal: less than 100 feet away from turn at 4:28 p.m. March 13 on state Route 37C in Brasher and was released with an appearance ticket.

Massena village police:

Adam M. Ortiz, 32, of Rooseveltown is charged with three counts of obstructing governmental administration, single counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, resisting arrest and unlicensed operation, and two counts of speeding, police said. He was charged after allegedly not complying with officers’ commands during a traffic stop and refusing to allow officers to fingerprint him. He was charged at 8:23 p.m., March 12 on Parker Avenue. Police said he allegedly wouldn’t obey officers’ commands to stop and was trying to get into his house, and also resisting being fingerprinted at the police station following his arrest. He was arraigned in Massena court by judge Eric Gustafson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond, police said.
