Supreme Court Decision Rules on Metis and Non-Status Aboriginals
The Supreme Court of Canada ruled Thursday, April 14, 2016 on the Daniels v. Canada case and determined that the Metis and Non-Status Indians are “Indians” as outlined under paragraph 91(24) of Canada’s Constitution Act.
