Come and Walk in Our Moccasins

 

Dr. Darlene Kitty shows participants how to apply a cast. Over 17 high school and post secondary students took part in the one-day program. Dr. Kitty started as a nurse and worked in a remote area often performing duties beyond that of a nurse. She said to herself, "Hey, I can do this. I can become a doctor".
