Sally is survived by her children, Kevin, Kelley, twins Kayla and Karla (Wade Vega), and Kristine Cook, all of Akwesasne; her grandsons, Karroniakta, Koby, Darius, Karson, and Dalton; her sisters, Veronica Smoke, Mary Terrance, Dolores Swamp, Lisa Ward, Valerie (Willy) Ramirez, Dorothy Smoke, Iris (Pete) LaFrance, all of Akwesasne, Clara Burk of Syracuse; her brothers, Alex Smoke, Jr. and Allen (Chrissy) Smoke, all of Akwesasne; her godchildren, Janet Terrance, Stephanie Smoke, Lance Lazore; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sally was predeceased by her godson, Josh Mitchell on August 21, 2008.

Friends called at the Akwesasne Homemakers beginning Saturday, April 26th until a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, April 28, 2014 at the St. Regis Catholic Church.  Cremation will follow.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Iakhihsohtha.
